Q. What is the fare that I will be charged?

Please refer our Tariff page. Packages can be customised. We assure no hidden charges.

Q. How do I pay after the completion of my trip?

CASH / Online Transfer / Cheque

Q. Will I get a receipt for the amount paid?

Yes, we provide soft copy over email. Hard will be provided on demand.

Q. What are HalliCabs's operational timings?

24 Hours / All days

Q. Is there a charge for booking on the phone / web?

No extra charges.

Q. Will I be charged for waiting time?

We are operating on pre-booking basis. We give upto 20 minutes waiting time with no charge after that as per agreed package.

Q. What do I do if I have left something behind in HalliCabs Car?

Driver will handover the missed item in Halli Cabs office. Please refer office address at Contact Us page.

Q. In which of the cities is HalliCabs currently available?

Only in Bangalore
